Terms of Service
Term
Monthly packages run month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice.
Who we are
8MG Scalez ("8MG") runs paid advertising, conversion websites and lead follow up for local service businesses in Texas. You can reach us at orlando@8mgscalez.com.
Using this website
This website explains our services and lets you book a call. You agree to use it lawfully and not to copy, scrape or misuse it. The content is general information, not a promise of specific results.
Client work
Paid work only starts after both sides sign a written client service agreement. That signed agreement controls the services, price, scope and timeline. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Pricing and billing
Monthly packages are billed in advance. One time projects, such as a Website Refresh, are priced in the written scope before work begins.
Ad spend
Your advertising budget is separate from our fees and is paid directly from your own ad accounts to the ad platforms. 8MG does not hold your ad spend and is not responsible for charges or decisions made by platforms such as Meta or Google.
Results
Advertising results depend on your market, offer, budget and follow up, so we do not guarantee specific revenue, leads or return on ad spend. Any service guarantee applies only as written in a signed client agreement.
Your content and ours
Ad copy, creative and strategy we produce for a client become that client’s property once paid for in full, as described in the client agreement. The design, text and branding of this website belong to 8MG.
Third party services
Booking runs through our own booking page and our ads run on platforms such as Meta. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, 8MG is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
